Top International VHL-Charting Artists with the Most Followers on Twitter [Q1-2010]

This list is based on verified Twitter accounts or those which are linked to the artist's official website. The Voters Hitlist or VHL is a music chart based on online votes. Its weekly results can be found at Chart Central (Philippines). The artists included here are those who have charted from January to March 2010. The number of followers were retrieved on April 2, 2010.
